On April 25–26, 2026, a forum titled “How, Where and With Whom to Do International Business in the Next 10 Years”was held in Moscow under the auspices and initiative of the international trade and investment company Consult Invest ITIC and the International Business Club AGORA.
The event brought together over 100 entrepreneurs, investors, and GR professionals from BRICS and SCO countries. The forum became a focal point for those building international partnerships and seeking practical tools for business scaling.
The event was opened by distinguished guests: Leonid Slutsky, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs and Chairman of the AGORA Board of Trustees, and Roman Chekushov, State Secretary – Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
The business program was structured on the principle of “from strategy to action.” It included plenary sessions, practical workshops, masterclasses, and, most notably, mastermind sessions focused on addressing real business challenges.
Facilitated by Ivan Abramov, Co-Founder of the International Business Club AGORA, the mastermind sessions featured leading investors and experienced entrepreneurs who worked through two case studies.
The first case was presented by Aida Azamatkyzy, a Kazakh entrepreneur included in the Forbes “30 Under 30” shortlist. She is the founder of the international kindergarten network ORDOGEN with more than 70 branches, as well as the EdTech platform ORDO 360, used by over 1,000 preschool institutions across four countries.
The second case featured the Siberian franchise Gussi. Co-founder Natalia Sushko owns a chain of coffee shops, with more than 70 franchised locations operating in Russia and abroad, including SCO countries.
“The mastermind format proved to be one of the most востребованных: it is not theory, but a deep dive into real business challenges within a circle of experts and entrepreneurs with relevant experience. In a short time, participants received not abstract recommendations, but clear, actionable steps. Importantly, discussions were held on equal footing, with full immersion into business specifics. Masterminds have demonstrated that a strong professional environment is one of the key drivers of growth,” emphasized Tatyana Seliverstova, Founder of Consult Invest ITIC and Co-Founder of AGORA.
During the forum, AGORA signed a number of partnership agreements with companies operating in investment, technology, logistics, and international communications from Russia, India, and South Africa. More than 30 B2B meetings were also held.
A separate highlight of the program was the project pitching session. Six entrepreneurs from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and South Africa presented their ideas and solutions to international investors and experts. The projects included digital platforms in education and document management, AI solutions, logistics and retail services, as well as technological innovations aimed at improving business efficiency.
The forum marked a starting point for AGORA’s systematic development, where connections quickly evolve into partnerships and joint projects. The next steps include expanding the club ecosystem through regular member meetings, new international missions, strengthening the partner network, and launching practical initiatives across BRICS and SCO markets.
The forum was organized by Consult Invest ITIC, the International Business Club AGORA, and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Leaders of International Cooperation.”
