From May 1 to 5 this year, a delegation from the People's Republic of China visited the Republic of Uzbekistan. The delegation included the leadership of the SCO member states' China Technology Transfer Center and leading Chinese companies specializing in the creation of drinking water treatment stations, the production of measuring instruments for water, gas, and electricity, as well as construction materials.
During the visit, the delegation attended the 3rd Tashkent Investment Forum, in which the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, participated. The forum served as an excellent platform for establishing and expanding business relationships between government and business representatives.
The delegation also met with representatives of key public and private institutions in Uzbekistan, including the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Academy of Sciences, the district administrations of Tashkent and Tashkent region, the "Uzpromstroymaterialy" and "UzElectroTech" Associations, Technopark LLC, and others.
The Uzbek side acknowledged the significant potential of Chinese technology and expressed readiness to establish mutually beneficial cooperation to implement these innovative solutions in Uzbekistan's economy.
