On March 24, 2023, a meeting took place between the leadership of the International Trade and Investment Company "Consult Invest ITIC," the Chinese Technology Transfer Center of the SCO Member States, and the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Edil Boyosalov.
During the meeting, key aspects of mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed, including joint scientific research and educational initiatives, fostering collaboration between academics, professors, and experts with scientific and industrial enterprises in China, as well as the implementation of investment projects in Kyrgyzstan.
Furthermore, the parties reached an agreement to establish a branch of the Chinese Technology Transfer Center of the SCO Member States within the State Agency for Intellectual Property and Innovation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. Additionally, discussions were held regarding the creation of a Kyrgyz-Chinese Innovation Center in the southern regions of the country.
