On July 2, the 3rd International Forum "More Than Business" took place in Moscow. It is one of Russia's key platforms dedicated to the development of social entrepreneurship, sustainable partnerships, and socially significant initiatives. As part of the forum's business program, Tatyana Seliverstova, founder of the International Trade and Investment Company CONSULT INVEST ITIC, co-founder of the AGORA International Business Club, and Director of the BRICS and SCO Business Incubator, moderated the international expert session "How Social Business Works Globally: International Cooperation."
The session focused on sharing international experience in developing social entrepreneurship, discussing effective models of international cooperation, presenting successful practices from various countries, and exploring new areas of partnership between government agencies, businesses, educational organizations, and public institutions.
Led by Tatyana Seliverstova, the discussion brought together experts from several countries. Speakers included representatives from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, China, and Chile, who presented national approaches to developing social business and discussed government support mechanisms, the implementation of innovative educational solutions, the development of youth initiatives, and the creation of international partnerships.
As moderator, Tatyana Seliverstova noted that international cooperation is becoming a key factor in the development of social entrepreneurship.
"Today, social business is not only about solving local social problems. It is a tool for international cooperation, the exchange of best practices, and the creation of new opportunities for people, businesses, and governments. Partnerships enable the creation of sustainable projects that can scale and bring real benefits to society."
During the session, Tatyana Seliverstova devoted special attention to supporting social entrepreneurs. She informed the participants about the implementation of the "Top 100 BRICS Entrepreneurs" International Award, which brings together the most promising projects from BRICS countries and promotes the development of business and humanitarian cooperation.
It was particularly noted that one of the award's key categories is "Social Entrepreneurship," which aims to support initiatives that create sustainable solutions for society.
The "More Than Business" forum annually brings together representatives of government agencies, businesses, development institutions, public organizations, international experts, and social entrepreneurs to discuss modern approaches to economic development based on sustainable partnerships, innovation, and social responsibility.
